HOW WE DEFINED EOS PURE

What do we mean by "EOS Pure"?

There isn't a playbook that defines exactly what a "pure" EOS software experience should — or shouldn't — include. So we didn't try to create one on our own.

In partnership with Mark O'Donnell, and based on feedback from YOU — the EOS Implementers who use Ninety with their clients every day — we identified the features partners most often told us went beyond the core EOS experience.

Those became our starting point.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT

Four Features Turned Off. One Simple Toggle.

When EOS Pure is ON, the following features are turned OFF and identified as "EOS Plus" features:

The important part: you're still in control.

Turning it on doesn't remove anything. It hides features your client isn't using, and you can turn any of them back on at any time.

Turn EOS Pure ON to disable all four EOS Plus features at once — or choose the individual features that make sense for the way you work with a particular client.

HOW TO USE EOS PURE

Clients who see only the tools you taught spend less of your session asking about the ones you didn't.

For your existing clients

Nothing changes automatically.

You decide, with your clients, if they should turn on the EOS Pure toggle in their Ninety account.

Simply visit Company Settings for that company to adjust their EOS Pure vs Plus feature access.

Want every new client you refer to Ninety to start with EOS Pure, every time?

Clone the EOS template → Turn EOS Pure ON → Attach the template to your referral link

That's it. New clients who sign up through that referral link will begin with your preferred EOS Pure configuration.
